Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible items under the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns are not accepted 14 days beyond the delivery date. If your order is shipped in more than one shipment, each shipment will have a return window based on its delivery date.
Products must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with tags and packaging included. Returns in unsellable conditions which include, but are not limited to deodorant stains, pet hair, and odor/fragrance are subject to rejection upon processing. Gabrianna's Lifestyle monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.
Final Sale items (clearly marked), free gift, gift cards, accessories, jewelry, and swimwear without sanitary tags are non-returnable.
How to Return an Item
- Contact support@gabriannaslifestyle.com to request return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. A $10.00 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.
- Place the item securely in the original packaging (if possible).
- Drop it off at any UPS location.
Refunds
- Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If you haven't received your refund in 10 business days of receiving our confirmation email, please contact our support team for assistance.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery if items are defective or damaged.
- For other exchanges (size, color), please return the item and place a new order.
